Difficulty swallowing
I have a permanent lump in my throat when I swallow whether eating food or not. I also choke whilst sleeping. Is this common?

@Fatdad42 Hi, I have this from time to time although when I do have it, it is more like an irritable Cough, like I have a few Crumbs stuck and I can't shift them no matter how much fluid I drink. Drinking can also be a problem, hot drinks are fine for some reason, no idea why. I find the best thing to do is, with food, small bites and Chew the heck out of it, bow your head, tuck your chin in to your chest, then Swallow.
I choke on my sleep often. It’s awful 😭
