*I cut my hours to part time *Working from home *Could you cut your hours and do marking for example, or online tutor *It depends on what aspect of your job makes you ill, everybody has diferent jobs and symptoms and stressors * We were given extra allowance of 1 strike/episode of sickness a year due to disability. There may be a policy in your workplace * I could work better in my own room, window open, instead of heating on full blast for example, so environmental changes
I’m a teacher and I went to being a full time tutor and honestly the unsociable hours and constant demand with all evenings from 3-9 booked up too it’s toll and I relapsed. Back in a small private school now- less stress and I ask for no lesson right after lunch as this is the time I’m the most fatigued and they seem happy to help me out, good luck x
