Anxiety, horrible foreboding feelings.

The question is.. is it the MS causing this Or the medication? I'm on Copaxone, Three injections a week. This week I've hit an all time low in mind and am struggling to find a way to function, a way forward. Of course the nurse doesn't advise stopping the medication, but I've taken the decision to give it a break, last injection was Thursday gone, so early days. I'm wondering if anyone has experienced similar and experimented in this way? Thanks for reading and peace to all.

@Drew3pg If you are not happy on Copaxone then change it. I was originally put on Avonex (can't stand needles, injecting caused me no end of anxiety and stress even though it was in the form of a "pen"). I was offered a clinical trial, and was put on tablets. I'm now on Gilenya (fingolimod). No obvious side effects, I don't "dip" after the injection and I feel a lot happier.
