I am not climbing Everest but on a whim the other day I booked tickets to Nepal for 21 days. Then I asked my nurse and neuro what they thought! Easier to ask for forgiveness than permission in my experience. I also have a Nepali friend that I met when doing my MSc in Sheffield. He lives in Kathmandu and is being my guide for a few days. A four day learn to kayak course and a 10 day(ish) trek near to the Annapurna look is the aim. Thank you Ocrelizumab - not chained to a load of meds. What a relief. Wish me luck.
