My workplace has a mould and damp problem. They won’t do anything about it. Just keep promising they will then nothing happens. It’s been 2 years. I’m immune suppressed and currently off sick with a slight chest infection. I don’t know where I stand on refusing to go back until it is sorted? I can’t afford to be on sick pay for long. But I did wonder seen as it is their fault maybe they could have me off on full pay until it’s sorted? They know about my condition and I have sent several emails raising my concerns. Thanks!
