Icy cold burning sensation?

One of my main complaints is the icy cold burning sensation in my hands, arms and legs. Does anyone else experience this? It feels like my hands are in ice water. This flares at various times during the day—-sometimes is present all day long. I have found that swimming in a warm water therapy pool is helpful. I wish I had a sauna! I also get outrageous goosebumps at just the slightest puff of wind. I’m so used to this sensation that I forget what it felt like before MS happened. Does anyone have this symptom? What do you find helpful?
