Spasticity?
My calf’s feel like they are cramped for half a day. Is this mild spasticity? Luckily it is not painful, just I am aware of it. It feels like the day after a long run. Can spasticity be mild, or is it always painful and uncomfortable 🤷♀️. Thanks 🙏.
@Clary Keep stretching and ask your ms nurse about baclofen work's wonders for me. It's a muscle relaxant.
magnesium powder and spray really helps with spasticity
