Optic Neuritis
Has anyone lost all vision in their eye(s), as in complete darkness, even after doing rounds of steroids and plasma phersis?

Back in 2018 I suddenly lost the sight in my right eye over a day. I'd been having eye symptoms for years such as nystagmus and this was dismissed as my age (I was 46). On the day I lost the sight I was admitted to hospital and remained for almost 2 weeks having iv steroids and a 6 day course of Plasma paresis. My sight in that eye didn't return. It also affected my visual field in my good eye but I still have sight. It isn't total blackness in my blind eye, its just lots of blobs and shimmers of grey. I can sense something moving but I can't see what it is, so I'm considered blind in that eye.
Yeah I have. It was before I got on ocrevus. I woke up on Christmas Eve about 2 years ago and everything was blacked out. I stayed in the hospital for about 2 weeks and it gradually came back.
