I’m no stranger to fatigue and brain fog - but the last couple of weeks I seem to get hit HARD with it mid afternoon, like clockwork. I feel borderline drunk, (light dizziness, wonky vision) completely drained of energy, and of course can’t seem to think straight. Anyone else notice theirs comes at the same time?
