Fulvic acid, Shilajit
I was trying to find some real information about Shilajit. I wonder if people with MS can use it as a supplement. I have found very little info about this and mainly it is not recommended for autoimmune conditions like MS. That would be a shame as they are minerals that I have thought I will benefit from.
Does anyone have came across this?

I have been taking shilajit for approx 9 months now. A pea sized amount with hot water.to dilute at the start of each day. I must say that i definitely have experienced many benefits. These don't occur overnight and it's by reflecting on how thing were before compared to now, there are mot overnight improvements. Aside from providing 87 of the 102 minerals you need everyday, improved skin, claims of anti ageing, anti alzeimers, anti cancer ( I should sell it), plus numerous other benefits, I have had the following; improved cognitive processing, improved memory, less tiredness and I have definitely and unquestionably felt improvements with my nerve pain. I could feel it starting, but never really came to anything. I have had improvements of my MS, my consultant feels many of the attributes he tested for have increased or in his words got better. It might be coincidental, it.might be just me, but.i would heartily recommend it. It's not been tested by pharmaceutical companies as there is no money to be made by them, why sell the NHS something for a £1 when they can get £50. By all means look into it, youtube etc. You can even get it on amazon. If trying it I'd recommend taking it for a couple of months, don't miss a single day and keep regular, then look back and see if you have many or any changes.
Thank you so much for your post! I'm really glad to know that actually Shilajit helped you with some of the symptoms. Where you normally get it from? I have bought mine at Amazon. So now I will definitely reconsider it! Thank you and I wish you the best. Regards Alicja
