@shynini , that's a difficult question. I'm sure there are many novel supplements available that will suggest that they can improve all manner of conditions. This particular supplement seems Selenium-based, and I found this :- http://ms.about.com/od/livingwellwithms/a/selenium.htm it's not from the usual creditable sources, but it's a point of view. Generally, with these supplements, check out with your MS Nurse or GP whether it is likely to do you any damage. And, if not, give it a go for a short trial.
