I know warm weather really affects me with my fatigue. I try to stay in a cool room, drink plenty of water, and wear as little clothes as possible, or something light and airy.
Spraying mist on yourself might help cool you down too, as when it evaporates, it takes heat away from you (like sweating does).
And my legs get really jumpy at night when I’m in bed when its warm, so I kick my OH away from me and sleep on top of the covers.
