Sudden weakness with RMS

Has anyone ever experienced sudden, temporary weakness and loss of coordination in their extremities? While loading the washer today I had sudden weakness in both arms with lack of coordination. Then went to make coffee and it was a challenge to hold my empty cup, put in the k-pod, even fumbled with pushing the buttons. Panicked I started shaking my arms as if they were asleep. It then passed before 5 min had elapsed. I have relapsing MS which has been pretty stable. My symptoms are mainly just fatigue and numb, tingling upper and lower extremities.

@greendragonfly77 , fatigue is a general weakness and there's no reason why this can't manifest itself in our arms/hands. Recovery can be quite quick, but just be aware of this for the future, when handling hot drinks. 😉

Yeah, I get this myself. Quick trick is to do what the kinesioligists do and tap around your thymus on your sternum. Otherwise you can do a full switching protocol for the more extreme cases. Happens to me most often when I make unplanned movement, like going up stairs or casually turning around e.g. to put my hand to the milk in the kitchen
