Physical Therapy

I had my first PT appointment today. After a battery of tests, she said I was at 19/30, a small risk fall.she wanted us to work up to 25. By any chance, does anyone know what test is called that she used? Thank you!

@laurianne25 , there are a range of Fall Risk Assessment Tools that are used. It would be quicker to ask your physio which one was used.........
