Ocrevus

Has anyone with SPMS tried Ocrevus and if so what are your thoughts?
@ItsMewithMS

They recently classed me as SPMS vs RRMS (dx in 2005 with that) and switched to Ocrevus this fall from Rebif before that (for 4 years) and Copaxone before that (for 11 years). From one of the more recent Dr Boster Videos on You Tube he mentioned that Ocrevus was the most popular new DMT being prescribed and I believe it based on the amount of posts on it in this forum. If you enter Ocrevus in the search in the upper left there have been a lot of posts on it. Dr Boster did a full session on it, just 3 minutes here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xROT3Uk7Z3U This ones talks about how a lot of the various DMTs work , Ocrevus at 30 minutes in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7gHhdwKK5uc Dr Boster feels that Ocrevus is a "game changer" and one of the most effective DMTs available. He believes in an aggressive approach the "new school" vs the escalation theory "old school" neurologists https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SBJsQcbfh0Y I've had the first two half doses a couple of months ago. So far, so good. If you have more specific questions let me know. I had a slight reaction in the first half dose and they had to pause the infusion for 15 minutes, give some more benedryl stuff and then restart and that is pretty common.

Have you noticed any improvements? Example mobility.
