@dean_reilly , loved the video. Its hard for my husband to understand when i dont wear my boots to the barn. They are too heavy to walk in and i wear out so fast some days. Its hard not to feel worthless, like you said, just need to deal with it, rest and move on.thanks for the video.

@stumbler thank you, I agree too.

Thanks, yeh feeling worthless is never a nice way to feel. Pick and choose or battles wisely and when we need to rest we rest. I’ve made my peace with it these days and Life is much happier because I have. 🙂

Well thats how bad I was feeling when I was first daignosed the first 4 – years
But then I tried to change my life felt the heat of Saudi Arabia is like moving in slow motion
Moved to scotland to develop my Enlish I know it is still bad
But i stayed there 2 years now i feel better in sides and other sides no I walked all prince’s st in edinburgh 6 or 8 times no bus in 8 years after daignose

But bad signs like
stairs is difficult for me altho i have to go up 80 stair a day 20 when i get up at home another 20 when i go to my bed at night
20 to go to my office at work other
20 to go down and leave
But at least i walk actually i hardly ever lay down when im awake
My parents keep telli g me to lay down but im somehow kinda hyoeractive with plenty of pain my legs 🙄
