Good evening (2030 in 🇬🇧),

I’m need of a wee bit of advice. Think I’ve had/having a couple of relapses together/one tagged on to the coat tails of the other.

My right eye seems to be useless atm. It’s blurry, double vision, this may sound weird here but it’s like I can see through my hand whilst I’m typing this. I’m used to using computers so I can touch type without really looking at the keyboard.

Along with that it seems like my right side is beginning to weaken, it’s normally been my left side but I’m scared tbh. I’m also having weird crawling/butterfly fluttering in my legs, everything seems sooo heavy and fatigued.

These are all brand new symptoms to me too. I know I should phone my MS nurses but I think there’s always someone worse off than me that needs that appointment more than I do. I’m hoping this isn’t the slide in to PPMS. I’m only 37.xx

As soon I have new symptoms or ones that impact my gait or vision my Neuro wants me to call him if they don’t subside quickly. He has said if they stay for 24 hours but if they are vision or gait to call him quicker. I agree with above…better off calling noting the start of the symptom(s) regardless-

You need to contact them before it gets any worse. Yes there may be people worse off but you are important as well.

I agree with the others. Contact your MS nurse. I am in the middle of having lots of sight tests because I am having trouble with my eyes. It comes and goes though so it doesn’t feel like a real problem. I’m having a normal eye test too just in case it’s just wear and tear from getting old! Are you on DMDs? 😀
