Colder weather
How does everyone cope during the colder season? I can feel my hands, feet and knees becoming more stiff on colder days, it's a bit annoying to deal with because I am heat sensitive so I get warm quite easily. So it's either be a bit stiff or too warm ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Hi @lukezni! Same here! It is so annoying how weather really triggers symptoms. I also have a heat sensitivity so at times I am wearing the lightest jacket during winter. For me it really is all balance, that is why Fall is the best season. Like if it's freezing outside I will wear a jacket, hat etc but I will not put the heat on in the car. I will sleep with the window opened but I have socks and blankets to keep me warm haha I use CBD oil a lot and helps when my legs are feeling stiff.
@lukezni the cold is rotten .my fingers toes go all numb I have wear 2 pairs gloves when out walking in cold .if I could I bring hot water bottle with me under my coat 😂😂 ..I love heat it doesn't bother me ,well not yet anyways .
