Hi , I experience dizziness a lot , it's really getting me down and making me very miserable .I have tried lots of things and I'm so frustrated . Can anyone tell me what has helped you . Maybe somethings I could do differently or try , It is very disorientating and I'm so fed up after having it for a few years. I have had bouts of vertigo too where I was sick. If it helps build up a picture I am sore at the right side of my neck and right arm and shoulder . I'm not sure wether it is ms or something else but either way it's making my life miserable.
