Obviously depend on individual circumstances it can be a good or a bad thing, but how do you feel about it Craig? And if you could go back 1 year, what advice would you give yourself and to others?

I feel like a weight has been lifted from me. Drove about an hour (used to drive much more than that daily) on not too great roads and stayed in a hotel during the week. Thought stopping working offshore in the oil game would have me home! Knew it was time to call a halt to the stress and worry ( miss the cash though). Listen to your body, your health is more important than your wealth, you cry just the same in a Mini as you do in a Mercedes, it means you are here!
