Yep I do. TBH its a bit odd as I never really noticed much effect until I ran out then I definitely felt the difference. That said it definitely makes me sleep much better I was always aware of that so my nightime routine is cool shower, amitriptyline & CBD oil ........ has me off to sleep like the proverbial baby. I get mine from cbdbrothers.com not cheap but reliable and good for me ;). I've been thinking for a while it will probably be even better tbh to retire to the music room & just to skin up a big doobie but then it took me an age to actually give up the cigs so that kind of puts me off that route.
