Managing Heat intolerance & Umrah

Evening folks, wishing you’re well and happy. I’m planning on going on the religious pilgrimage to Saudia Arabia and I’m slightly concerned about managing with the heat. Hoping if anyone can shed some light on how to cope and if anyone’s been can you advise me on things that may help from your own experience. Thanks in advance ❤️

Hi @pelican, there are lots of 'cooling' things available from simple sprays ( which you may not be allowed to take on the plane) to cooling vests and cool suits. As Stumbler says, planning is the key, check time of year, weather conditions etc., do your homework and have a wonderful time👏🥊😜
