Fatigue
Hey everyone, I am just here to ask how people deal with fatigue?
Today I have had a very bad case of it and I didn't realise it can actually get to the point where I can barely keep my eyes open!
Any help will be greatly appreciated :)

Yes I get a lot of those days and I have a almost 4 year old to take care of.
