Kidney stone/uti

Last month I had a uti that was very painful but cleared up with antibiotics. 2 days ago, I have the same pain (rt back, ribs, hip) and vomiting, exactly like in October but I appear to have no infection which I can't get my head round. Are kidney stones common in MS? I know utis are. I'm still taking the antibiotics but I'm still in a lot of pain, I can't stand up. Thoughts welcome, thank you
@Stumbler

@novemberrain , MS can indirectly cause Kidney Stones. We may be having to deal with bladder incontinence, which would potentially make us limit our fluid intake. MS can indirectly cause UTIs for the same reason. The following is the NHS advice for relieving Kidney Stones:- https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/kidney-stones/treatment/ If recurrent UTIs are a problem, consider D.Mannose, a supplement that has been clinically proven to reduce the frequency of UTIs.

@stumbler thank you and apologies for the late response. UTI number 3 in almost as many months. I'm seeing my GP in 2 weeks to discuss what on earth is going on. The pain is off the scale and my poor kids do not need to witness that and the vomiting. Let's see what he suggests. Also a chat with my MS nurse I feel. Thanks again for your valued presence on this forum
