Fatigue after virus
I had an awful viral infection for about a week and now I’m left with severe fatigue an worsening symptoms. Is is usual. Thanks

I think it might be. The same has happened to me
Yes, I find it rakes a while to recover fully from a cold etc. I find I struggle with fatigue for a couple of weeks after the main virus symptoms have gone.
