Hi I'm not on that med myself but I use pregabilin it does the same job. A little like Guinness and Beemish horses for courses as they say. It'll help dampen down the pins and needles feeling and the burning nerves sensation. It might make you feel more tired at the start but you should start to get used to it fairly quickly. Hi @loglady94 I've just come off Gabapentin. I found it only worked at high doses (3600mg a day) and that working my way up to that dose was quite unpleasant as it made me very tired and my vision go funny. But, once I was on the high dose and being consistent with taking it, I found it worked and kept everything under control. Unless of course I have a drink, in which case all bets are off.
