Soo long story short I was awarded PIP enhanced care and mobility. I then closed my claim as I was moving overseas. On my return I claimed ADP, they awarded me standard for both care and mobility. I appealed it and the have awarded enhanced care but not mobility because .. I can leave my house. Just wondering/hoping someone with buzz words can get in contact to help me with my 3rd appeal. It seems as I don't have the support from nurses, consultants on my return because it's been such a short period of time I am being penalized! Which we all know isn't fair!
