Mine are mainly on my frontal lobe areas, one fair sized one on my brainstem.

In my MRI from February I had them the length of the corpus callosum, and on the brain stem at C4 vertebrae. I had another scan in August and the neurologist has said I have had a few more lesions, but I haven't see the scan so don't know where they are exactly. The neurologist seems uninterested in their location and focuses entirely on my symptoms. He said the one on my brain stem is what has caused the numbness/altered sensations in my arm and leg.
