I have had a cold recently and feeling the same. Had a few days off work sleeping as and when I need to. I work in a school so been doing lateral flows every day always negative. I’m glad I’ve had all 3 jabs and the flu jab, little bit of reassurance. I’ve not long been diagnosed myself and am questioning is it my ms or just that I’m under the weather? I’m coming to the conclusion that I’m run down and need to listen to my body. Rest and take care of yourself

@Colette Thanks for the response I actually thought that I was run down so went for a massaaage again for the second time and it actually messed me up further more lol. nothing helps, Think im just run down down down need to recharge as long as it takes just recharge.
