In process of getting a diagnosis
I'm super duper curious what other conditions have symptoms that line up with MS so I can understand what the doctors are doing tests for when they're ruling things out, any ideas?

I agree with @lowlander. MS can look like so many other things, from a B12 deficiency to ALS. Do not google anything, and if you do then only read from credible sources. Wishing you luck! 🍀
