Survey about sexual function and MS

Hello all, We have been contacted by a medical student here in the UK, who is conducting a study on the impact MS has on sexual function. Please see below for the anonymous survey and some introductory information. Many thanks. ******* Thank you very much for taking the time to read this questionnaire. I am currently a fourth year medical student working with Professor Gold at the Blizard Institute. The aim of this questionnaire is to gain an insight into the experience, thoughts and concerns of people who have Multiple Sclerosis. Sexual function can be an area which is not discussed due to the sensitivity of the topic. By completing this questionnaire we hope to gain a better understanding of ideas and issues around sexual function, how it is explored within different settings and possible improvements that can be made by the healthcare profession. We would really appreciate you completing the questionnaire below. There are mainly open ended questions so please feel free to write as much as you like. All answers are strictly confidential and no identifying information is collected at all. The questionnaire should take about 10 minutes to complete. Once again we are very grateful for all your responses. Disclaimer The authors have designed the questionnaire to study the various issues that may exist within sexual function for patients with multiple sclerosis. All answers given will be kept strictly confidential and no identifying information is required. By completing the questionnaire you are consenting for the data arising from the answers to be used in the analysis of sexual function which may be published or presented at a later stage to demonstrate any findings to the medical, scientific or ms community. https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/JYLP57P
