Relapse
I’m just wondering how long a relapse tends to last for cause I’m going through one at the moment and i have been like this for about a week now

I'm a bad one to answer this, because I generally only have exacerbations every 3-4 years, and they usually last 3-9 months. I do think that several weeks is normal, though.
