PIP

Hi, Has anyone on here in the UK applied for PIP? My application just got rejected, I don’t qualify for it. It has been suggested by my doctor and my MS nurse that I should get an automatic or modified car but I can’t afford to. They have also suggested I go part time to help cope with the symptoms but again I can’t afford to as I have a mortgage to pay. But I still don't qualify for PIP? How bad does your MS have to get before you qualify? Has anyone else been successful with getting PIP?

I applied for PIP last year. My symptoms are mostly ones you can’t see although my first relapse was numbness from the waist down and not being able to walk properly. I explained all of this and I still scored ZERO. So in their eyes, I have no disability. I’m sorry you got rejected it’s a broken system, would you consider appealing?

@Abz671 Yes I am going to appeal but not sure what good it will do? I scored 0 on every level which is just ridiculous. Agreed, broken system!
