Anyone having pain on one side of your stomach and back.

I diagnosed in june 2021 , and i never had pain or something , i have problem only in left eyes , i not see clearly , thats why neurolog change my injection , i will use only 2 times per month and im happy , i never think about MS , travel listen music dance i live my life like nothing happend to me #OPTIMIST 😊

I have horrible lower back pain by lunchtime I am slumped over my desk in tears. I can’t sit or stand for long periods of time
