Just a shout-out to say I relate! The sun is shining but the air is so cold today and I tried to do too much activity yesterday, so I am paying the price today. Every day is the same cycle of ICY COLD pain in my hands, lower arms and lower legs. BUT, last summer when we went to Massachusetts for 1 week and spent most time either on the beach or walking outside, I was in heaven! Such relief! I had more energy and less menacing pain. Do you ever have a day when this pain backs off? I also crave the summer warmth, but then suffer a similar effect when I try to shop in a cold air conditioned market! Then it kicks in and can take quite a while to warm up. I feel like the only thing I can do is crawl under heavy covers and sleep. But lately, I wake up from my warm nap to find my lower legs ache with a HOT burning pain! (Which lasts for about a half an hour.). I fell like my temperature regulator is damaged. Just wearing layers of clothes won’t help. It’s not like just being “chilly” and uncomfortable. It is like being trapped in an icebox and feeling needle like pain all over your surface area. I even get a red nose from the pain. I hope we get some warm air soon! I even take trips to a local garden center just to sit inside the greenhouse when the sun is out: Maybe I need a small greenhouse in my yard! I’d live in there, so long as the sun is out.

Thanks for your reply I’m sorry you are also suffering. I am always saying that my brain’s thermostat is broken. I will finally start to warm up after 4 hours in a warm bed but then my body continues heating up until it’s red hot and itchy! Thanks for the garden centre tip 🤣
