I have been on tecfidera for close to ten years. The flushing is a minor inconvenience and is rare these days. Eat food with it (something fatty helps) and don't skip days. I have had no new activity (lesions or relapses) since I started. Perspective helps as well. In the scheme of life those side effects are super minor. Remember to listen to your body if things start to feel like you are weak or tired, REST! Good luck. This is not the life any of us chose, But once you stop feeling sorry for yourself and mourn the life you had planned. You will be much better off, stay positive.
I went through about three weeks where I feel very depyes until I realize my life's not over and it's been pretty good since.
