Yep, have you tried the old wet t towel (wrung out of course) around your neck? The main artery passes closest to the surface there, and it's great for cooling down the blood, re-wet every 15mins😍
Oh I’ll try it, I feel like all my symptoms are way worse in this heat, my legs dragging more than usual and feel mega weak! Everyone’s loving this weather and I’m hating it 😩
