New job, when to disclose?
Hi guys just looked by for advice if I was to move to a new company when would be the best time to disclose my ms? Was asked in the interview if I've any medical conditions that hinder my job and answered no because it doesn't.
Hi @smackie25. I recently went for a interview and was concerned about this as they had a disability and medical question. I contacted a solicitor who specialises in MS at work and she told me I didn't need to disclose anything as long it did not affect my work. I have been diagnosed a year and have had 2 jobs during this period and have not said anything. So I would keep it to yourself unless you feel you need your job adapted to your needs. :)
