Hi Congratulations on being pregnant, I find if I have a routine going to bed at the same time every night and making sure I have my last meal at night is about 4 hours before I go to bed and not having caffeine after about 2 in the afternoon and even if I don't sleep well I still get up at the same time every morning, perhaps having camomile tea at night (if that's ok when you are pregnant) being calm I find if a few hours before I go to bed I read a book or play a board game (god it sounds like I'm about ninety do some knitting hopefully you find as something to help you sleep good luck with baby
Hi forgot to say I started using insight timer app for mediation it really helps if I do mediation or listen to something before I go to sleep
