I suffer from hand tremors pretty bad. It makes it difficult for me to do things...affects my daily living as well. My neurologist says there is a medicine he can give me but it's not good for asthma patients he says. I suffer from asthma so he said I can take 300 mg of Gabapentin 2-3 times a day instead then...that does help. Maybe try the gabapentin - it's helped me. probably not as much as the other medicine would, but I'm not complaining, at least I have a solution that works for now.
