Ocrelizumab 2 weeks ago, now constant aching legs

I had my infusion but two weeks on I have intense aching legs. They feel weak an wobbly. Unsupportive. If so what do you take or do to overcome it, it's driving me nuts. Judy any advice welcome.

I'm on ocrevus aswell and when I told my neurologist about my legs paining and aching and sometimes my knees buckling, he just said "well that's just part of ms you will have to deal with it." So I'm still none the wiser as what to do to help

@Jack123 This is the exact same for me and it feels awful. I just had my first full dose on 30th April and am struggling to get up when the fatigue hits.
