Lowering and hightning of emotions

Does the subtitle make any sense? Have any of you experienced getting way too emotional when, for example, listening to a fav song or in social gatherings? Its getting ridiculous. When I finally have energy to do some cleaning in the house (its execise you know) I put on my Cleaning list on Spotify. Some songs triggers something within and I almost get so elevated I start crying even though the song isnt close to being very.. emotional. Tina Turners "River Deep Mountain high" isnt known for being a crying song is it?! Or This happens all allmost the time. I hear a song and its like the nervous system is being overloaded in a way. Often its a good stress release, but too often I get really annoyed. I just want to get pumped up, not an emotional wreck.

I too have experienced these "extremes" in feelings, especially when listening to music. I went to a Paul Simon show and cried during multiple songs. Sorry but I don't have advice, just know you're not the only one! Jason Mraz' Have It All makes me think of my nieces and nephews and totally makes me cry every time!!

No advice is needed really, and thank you for sharing:) I just find it so weird!
