@Mirbir Not a problem for me, and I've been on Gilenya for two years.  Contact your health care professionals and see what they suggest.  The shortness of breath may be due to something else, and not linked with your MS and drugs.

@AndreaG thanks for the comment.  I've been to my doctor and his done all the tests he can think of so his convinced its Gilenya but my neurologist has never heard of this side effect either.  So I'm a bit stuck.
