Today I actually decided to take the plunge and go to a local ms group tea and coffee meet up and I’m so glad I decided to actually meet real people that are in the same boat as me, being able to speak to humans that understood the problems we face really opened me eyes to things and support, I’d really recommend anyone to take the steps for some social interaction met some really lovely people and even had fab coffee
