Advice with Kesimpta

Just had my first meeting about changing from coxpane to kesimpta I've booked myself into get a flu jab and Pneumonia jab, but the ms nurse is pushing me to have the covid vaccine I'm unsure about getting the Covid jab but the other 2 jabs I will get! Does everyone else get the Covid jabs or not! It's such a confusing time!

I guess the nurse is urging you to get all the vaccines because of kesimptas effects on B cells. Once the vaccine derived immunity has taken effect, the MS treatment cannot take it away. Totally your choice. All the best.

I've had all the Covid vaccines and flu jabs and I've been fine. I've had Covid twice so I'm glad to have had them. I'm on Kesimpta too but Copaxone was my first treatment. I say go for it. It's a lot better than Copaxone. I hated it. Kesimpta is a breeze. So easy and no injection site reactions. No side effects too. Good luck 👍
