Omega 3? Not sure if it works but I figure it’s worth a shot. At the very least I’m sleeping so much better since taking D3 and Omega 3 supplements.
I take vitamin B - it doesn’t impact the ms but is supposed to help with cognition. One supplement pill has a silly amount, so I break them in half and take a half daily.
