Back pain
Does anyone else get back/hip pain for weeks on end ? Also what do you guys do to relieve the pain/aching other than pain killers ? It’s really starting to make me grumpy 🤦♀️ 😞

Me! I have had back pain since February - it makes walking, standing and sitting painful. I haven't found anything that's helped me yet other than resting...but I have too much to do to be laying on the sofa :)
I have pain in my back hips and legs everyday. It maybe worth letting your GP investigate as it maybe nothing to do with MS. I'm waiting for an appointment with the Neuro Spinal Unit at Salford after X Ray and MRI found lots of problems that may require surgery. Only an 80 week waiting list. It might be better in your area. There could be medication or injections that could help you. Take care
