Thread worm and Epstein Barr virus

I was reading in the Daily Mail about links between thread worm and the Epstein Barr virus. Having the two infections can trigger MS. Funny enough, I did have thread worm when I was about 9 or 10. And I am sure I have had the Epstein Barr virus or something very similar. I just wondered if anyone else has had either of these infections? It was an interesting read. https://www.google.co.uk/amp/www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5980549/amp/Doctors-think-discovered-cause-MS.html
@Stumbler

@lightning87 , the Epstein Barr Virus (EBV) has been seen as part of the cause for some time. But, in combination with what other factor(s). It's too long ago for me to remember whether I had thread worms and EBV. Although, I can remember that I used to have migraines and I had a head trauma, or three, as befits any active kid. I am a late March baby, so my Mum probably didn't have much Vitamin D in the 2nd and 3rd trimester, but otherwise, she was a sun worshipper. So, I had liberal doses in my younger years. So, EBV and what combination of factors? One day...........

@lightning87 interesting article. I surely had pinworms as we called them in the US, probably got them at school. Epstein Barr maybe I did too, it does say that symptoms can be mild in kids, perhaps it wasn't recognized as such, or there is another 'common' name for it, so maybe many kids have both those conditions at some point. From there, many other factors come into play, because not everyone who has these develops MS. Like @stumbler I had lots of vitamin D as a child, being outdoors a lot and drinking vitamin D fortified milk. I thought it was interesting also that they've linked the EB virus to other diseases, so finding a vaccination for it would help not only avoiding MS, but lots of other conditions too.
