Lower back pain

Hi when I’m tired my lower back really hurts. Does this happen to any of you?

Unfortunately yes. In that case I've lied on a firm ground and started stretching my sides up and down. It sounds weird, but that "exercise " helped me.

I get a tingly sensation and ache down my back, arms and legs when I’m tired. I try to listen to my body and rest then.
