Fatigue
Hey guys has anyone got any advice or suggestions on fatigue I'm really struggling I'm falling asleep sitting up it's out of nowhere it's almost instant and if it's not that I'm out the house for no more than an hour and I'm exhausted I want to go hone to sleep it's really affecting me socially which in turn is affecting me mentally I'm a very social person and used to love visiting friends shopping trips meal so on but it's really affecting all of that so if anyone has and good tips I'd be grateful
Hi I am working with the o.t. on fatigue. I am using relaxation techniques. She explained its like a battery running low and needing to be re charged. Try and do a 15 minutes relaxation track am and pm, try and do before your battery is empty. Initially she sent me some tracks but I have also downloaded insight timer app which has lots of relaxation/meditation tracks. I am finding this really helps especially on work days.
